The mop was used once and then the mop head falls off the handle. The threads on the mop handle are too small for the mop head and it falls off. A waste of $ and that makes the bucket also usless.

Great product love it

I highly recomend the mop. It actually comes off of the handle so you can wash it periodically. Best of all, it can be washed in the washing machine. However, I gave it a 9 because the device to wring out the mop on the bucket does not get out as much of the water as I would like.
