Simple but effective. Keeps bright light out, but the wind can still get in. Good for the price though

I wear these all day now. I love them even because of the protection from UV. I bought some that are 0x, 1.25x, 2.5x, and 4.0x. I love them so much. p.s. They have a slight tint to them and it makes me happier on gloomy days!

It's generally ok but not much thought and testing went into designing these eye patches. The biggest and most annoying issue is that they form a nearly square angle when attached to glasses. This causes lots of light bleed and you can still above and especially bellow, between the cheek bone and the eye patch. The side part is not fixed to the glasses so it flexes a lot making the bleeding light issue even worse. There are better designs available on Amazon but I have not try them yet.

I bought this pack of patches when I developed Bell’s palsy along with sixth and seventh nerve palsy in my face. As a result of the 6th and 7th palsies, I had terrible double vision and it was making me very dizzy. These patches helped to cover my affected eye or switch to my unaffected eye to retrain it to move correctly. It is straightforward to use however I have large black thick rimmed glasses, I measured them and they were a very tight fit, so they had to be stretched. They were however good value and did the job until I was able to see a opthamologist to get prisms in my glasses to correct the double vision.

Does what it should

Useless, does not lie flat on the glasses and protrudes at the side and covering so it has contact with the eye. Not great if you have just had cataract surgery. It also picks up dust and stray particles thus irritating eye further.

My son isn’t a fan of the eye patch the doctors give us as it kind of hurts when taking it off so I bought these in the hope that it would help and they do! My son doesn’t mind putting on his patch now. It has made like easier. The fabric is also very well made. Great value also.

Used for trying to alert others that my husband has site issues and he may not see you. Fitted well and done the job of covering his lens

These things have saved my reading life over the past several months. After a sudden onset of a CRVO in my left eye, it was very hard to read with my left eye open, and it’s very wearying to keep one eye closed for an extended period. Since I wear glasses all the time, regular eye patches didn’t help. Then I discovered these, and they’re perfect. Since certain types of light can hurt my eye as well, I always keep one of of these shields in my pocket when I’m out of the house, just in case.
