Wasn't what I expected
Wouldn't buy it again. Didn't love the taste. It tasted like fishy to me. So it was hard for me to swallow.

These taste great they are easy to use and my energy levels have improved. They dissolve great so no grit

I would really not recommend this to anyone personally. It dissolves like an alka seltzer but takes a little longer. It smells and tastes like a tums/pepto bismol crossover....I also didn't like that. I was expecting more of a lemon/tart taste....nope.....very bland to me. Just the taste of a medicine...
