Jungle Gym Fitness Suspension Systems and Resistance Training Metal Mounts , Black

I purchased these over two years ago after doing lots of research on weld quality and quality overall. I am using them for a boxing bag and for a suspension trainer, and I didn't want to invest in something for my health that could end up causing an injury, defeating the purpose. Both have been rock solid, no problems whatsoever. I needed to purchase additional mounts and sought these out from within the flood of other options because they are so good. Be aware of their size: they are not small or 'subtle.' But if you are looking for ones with quality welded seams that should last as long as you need them to. Both of mine have been used indoors, so I can't speak to their potential to rust (saw that mentioned in a different review) if used outside, so that might be something for y'all to consider too.

I have no qualms about putting my full weight on these with a TRX / Strap workout system. I weigh about 175.

These brackets are fantastic. I have them mounted to a joist in my finished basement and alternate between using them for Jungle Gym XT workouts and hanging a 75lb Aqua Bag tied to a single bracket with elastic cord to dampen the impact. The width of the base plate is perfect for providing enough stability even for a heavy bag swinging in every direction.
