VASAGLE 6-Tier Bookcase, Open Storage Shelf, 40 x 24 x 178.5 cm

We bought this bookcase to make use of an empty corner, and it's turned out to be a great addition. It's now home to all the bits and pieces a teenager somehow manages to collect, and it's handled everything really well while making good use of the space. Assembly was straightforward. Two of us put it together without any issues, and it was quick and easy. I think it's definitely possible to build on your own, although I'd expect it to take a little longer. For the price, I think it's excellent value. I've seen more expensive shelving units that don't feel as good as this one. It's sturdy, looks great once assembled, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for affordable, practical storage.

Very good quality bookcase with natural wood like effect. Very sturdy. Because these have a medium sized depth to them, you can put most books (paperbacks, hardbacks, A4 annuals etc) on the shelves without the spines sticking out, thus reducing the effect of light damage / colour fading. To give you an idea of depth, my magazine collection (A4 size) fits inside this depth just right without any overhang. This depth reduces the need to anchor them to walls, though that is advised. If not anchoring them to anything, just make sure you load the bottom shelf well for stability. I also use them to house 7 inch vinyl records and they're great for that. I would not recommend them for 12 inch vinyl as those would protrude (get a much deeper bookcase for that). 10 inch vinyl records have a very slight overspill, but not too much. The bookcase is not as deep as lever arch files, so if you used them for that (i.e. in an office), they would hang out the front a little and may not be stable. The adjustable shelves allow books / items of differing height to be stored. The only critique on that would be that more holes could have been drilled for this purpose, but what's there is adequate for my purposes. Assembly is relatively straightforward and an Allen Key and double-headed screwdriver is provided in the box to help with assembly. The only thing you will need is a light hammer to drive the wooden dowels into place prior to securing the fixings. I would recommend this bookcase.

This item is very good quality for the price, was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Only took about 20 minutes to put together, nothing damaged and nothing was missing. Very pleased with it.

Came with everything you’d need to put this bookcase together. Instruction booklet was clear and easy to follow. Surprised at the quality of the fixings as well as the bookcase itself, considering i paid just under £40. I’m a 5’1 female in my 40s and have experience with flatpacks and I was able to build it myself easily. There is some weight to this bookcase, not one of them cheaper lightweight ones. I did not run into any issues or missing parts. Once put together, looks great with good options for shelf placement. It might be me - but I have assemble about 5 vasagle furniture including another book case. This by far, I found the most difficult and even when I'd finished, it did not feel stable. I moved it gently, very gently and the top shelves fell off and the top back part. As I had already desposed of the box, I can return. A waste of £40 odd quid. Very disappointed.

Very happy with this product! The instructions and labelling of parts were excellent, making it straightforward to assemble. It's nice and sturdy too. I would recommend .

Took about half an hour to construct, but worth the effort. Good price and great seller...would recommend.

Love my new bookcase! It was relatively straightforward to assemble, it took me about 2 hours by myself. It would probably be faster/easier if you had 2 people, especially for placing the top tier onto the bottom tier. Screw holes line up properly and screw in all the way. Make sure you aren't angling the screws as you screw them in, or you will chip the top white layer around the hole. Definitely anchor it to the wall, even if you don't have kids. It is much safer and worth the extra 15 minutes. You do need a hammer and electric drill for that. For all other steps, the tools are included with the bookshelf. I was worried that each shelf only holds 22lbs, but it actually works out fine because the unit is somewhat narrow so for the amount of books that fit across each shelf, I find that weight limit is fine. I can fit between 12-14 books on each shelf (depending on the size of the books). Perfect height and width, I love having my books displayed on this instead of stored in bins. Definitely recommend!

Mi è piaciuto tutto...dall'arrivo al montaggio. Utilissimo ...i pezzi sono segnalati da adesivo con le lettere indicanti x il montaggio. Guardando il foglietto illustrato ci ho messo 10 min in totale a montarlo. Il risultato meraviglioso.

Da mein Bücherfach im Kallax Regal überquoll und ich einfach keinen Platz mehr hatte, habe ich mir diese beiden Regale gekauft. Sie passen mit 93cm Höhe perfekt unter die Dachschräge, die bei 97,5cm beginnt. Der Aufbau ist super einfach, es sind nur 2 Bretter, die Seitenteile, Rückwand, zwei blenden und zwei Einlegeböden. Alles notwendige inkl Schraubendreher wurde mitgeliefert. Pro : • einfacher Aufbau • Löcher für Dübel und Schrauben sind unterschiedlich, also auf den ersten Blick zu erkennen • Anleitung ist super aufgebaut, jedoch nicht nötig da es so einfach ist • Alles an Schrauben, Dübeln, Werkzeug ist dabei • Es sind weiße Sticker dabei, um die sichtbaren Löcher zu überdecken • Für seine Zwecke absolut stabil • Aufbauzeit : 6 Minuten Kontra : • Einlegeböden schließen nicht bündig mit den Seitenteilen ab Fazit : • Super Schränke, werde mir noch mehr davon zulegen !

Mooie kast, makkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Kwaliteit is goed en stevig Kwam helemaal onbeschadigd binnen.
