Easy to swallow and to digest with no side effects
For people with swallowing issues, these vitamins are perfect. They taste great and do not cause swallowing issues for me or stomach nausea issues. They arrived very fresh and quickly. I have side effects to many ingredients and have not had any with their products.

Gummy form for those that can't swallow pills
Bought because trying to get vitamins that I need, but can't have in pill form. These came sealed and with no damage. I have ordered a couple times this brand and each have been different. They don't taste horrible, but they are different and tolerable. The first batch I got was soft and no issues, second batch were a bit harder. Even though I close container tightly after every opening, they seem to harden in time. I personally didn't notice anything different in taking them, so I stopped. But I would recommend if someone asked me and then they can decide for themselves.

These gummy‘s are perfect! They are not too chewy, do not get stuck in your teeth, easy to swallow. I was taking capsules which were getting stuck in my throat and scared me. This is the perfect replacement.
