Fluke LIQ-100 with MS-200
This LIQ-100 with MS200 Kit is exactly what ypu would expect from Fluke. The item was well packaged charges up correctly and works the way it was intended. Even though both test devices will perform some of the same tests the LIQ-100 will give that other piece of information that makes this more than just a continuity tester. The description says it all, and performs those test with the information that makes diagnostics much easier and faster. This is a must have tool for techs that perform commissioning tasks and service persons that are verifying cabling capabilities.

Doesn’t always test POE
I have used this on some older 5 Gbps POE switches and it doesn’t consistently measure POE. It will run the auto test nd get to the POE portion but then report nothing for POE, despite POE being present. I checked with other testers and showed POE present, with a voltage of over 56V and with a device installed swiping up to 20 Watts; but this didn’t ID any POE on the line. At the switch I saw single POE A-Mode with a lvl 4 output. I’m. To sure why a Klein at a fraction of the cost identifies what this couldn’t. As a side note the Fluke verifier also didn’t ID the POE. Other than this and the fact that you can simply reset the unit to factory, without the PIN, I do like the unit. I agree with others that for what it does it’s overpriced; I also am. To a fan of the lack of setting options or a POE Fail when voltage is present but the unit fails to register it. Frankly for this money it should be the DUO as that is even more overpriced for what it does and what it doesn’t.

A Techs Best Friend
This tool is worth every penny! The amount of times a task has been made quicker when troubleshooting due to having this in my trunk is very numerous. Whether it is Vlan's or checking poe output or even as simple as just the cable map. When I use it I can get quick, efficient, and usable results. The use of the device though numbered is very impactful to my line of work as a system engineer who installs network cabling for some customers. The report is a nice way to show my clients that the work is complete and what their cable tests at. It's very easy to use and even a novice could understand it and be able to read it's results. Battery life has been solid and I have only had to charge it a couple times in the course of a few months. If you are on the edge, just buy it. The value you get is worth the cost!

Good for load testing POE.
It's way overpriced for what it does but it works.
