An amazing product at an unbelievable price
I am using this lock for more than a month now. The product is simply superb. The look and the feel is outstanding.No glitch at all. As far as price is concerned it's way too economical in this segment. The lock was professionally installed by Mr. Vishal. Kudos to the team Golen

Scam company don’t buy
Never ever buy any product from this fraudulent company, I got my product delivered on August 31st, 2025 and today being October 14th, 2025 the product isn’t still in working condition, I received a faulty motor of the lock ordered which was confirmed at the time of installation and a new motor was ordered, that process took 15 odd days postwhich until today the lock isn’t in operational condition and no one has come to do the installation whereby though being a faulty product I was charged for the installation separately by the individual who came. The company’s customer helpline number and another number available with me isn’t responsive and doesn’t give a damn about the customer and their grievances, never ever buy from such a pathetic company Total shame and scam

I am very happy with the product and is working well as expected I did get installation support but the support guy not install himself in metal gate and could only support the fabricator The only feedback I have is if the company can arrange for installation in metal gate as well
