Can these be written on with chalkboard pens and erased please?

As far as I can see they don't have the kind of surface that would suit a whiteboard marker.

Will these stick onto clothing?

Yes they will, temporarily. I bought these to turn a red teeshirt into a ladybird top for my daughter, and they survived the day! They were curling up a little by the end, but def did the trick!
