T-Mobile Prepaid SIM Card Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data in USA for 30 Days

Works great, I get a good 5G connection in Oregon woods, stable enough to make video calls. You get a US mobile number, I think it's a bargain. Activation was easy.

customer service ist non existant. have been trying to activate this SIM for the past three days. the instructions were very simple, we just had to send in a picture with the SIM cards. received an email after two days that the card has been activated and a phone number but it is not active. the seller will not send any contanct information just directs you to t-mobile. customer service won't pick up. will be returning these. Update: finally managed to activate the two Sim with T-Mobile customer service after 5 days! I recommend purchasing a SIM directly from T-Mobile as the connection is very unreliable. There was no connection in Seattle downtown! When there is no connection you can't navigate or make phone calls. There were several instances when no calls could be made from both sims, it was unclear what caused the lack of signal since it did not work in city areas, so these were not calls placed in rural areas. The internet connection was also extremely unreliable during the entire month. We were within the metro areas of Portland and Seattle, so the is no excuse for not having a reliable internet connection. Will NEVER purchase again.

I travel extensively, so I need a card that works everywhere. Coming in from Europe I had the card promptly delivered to my arrival location, and so far it's working perfectly on my trip from Maryland to Iowa, with no service interruptions. Activation was easy and seamless. I'd definitely use this service again.

I might be getting a little ahead of myself, because 30 days have not passed since I purchase this SIM card, but I think I can trust them. I requested activation of my sincard on a friday night, and by saturday morning was registered. But I had an issue where my phone would only pick up Edge (extremely slow) data, besides being 5G. I contacted support on that saturday and they sent me a troubleshooting guide. I tried but no cigar. Then I tried another phone that is not 4G and still same issue. So I contacted support again, and within an hour then sent me an eSIM via email. The eSIM worked flawlessly at once, and so far I have used 98GB in 2 weeks, no issues.

This is my second time purchasing a prepaid SIM from this company, and once again, everything went smoothly. Activation took less than 24 hours, and the process was simple and hassle-free. Customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out. Reception has been solid so far. Overall, a great experience – highly recommend!

TL;DR THIS IS A SCAM - GET A REFUND FROM AMAZON (worked for me) Don't believe the Q&A on this page. There is NO high-speed data available on this card. Only 2G. If you need anything else, you have to get this package directly from TMO (for roughly double the price at time of writing). TMO directly will have 5G. It will look like a technical issue to users with no knowledge of how mobile networks behave technically because when you move from one cell tower to another, it can sometimes take TMO a couple of minutes to correctly limit your speed to what the seller of this card is paying them for. This results in short intervals of 4G/5G availability. However, this card is only enabled for 2G and once that cell tower has checked in with the central database to see if the SIM is eligible to use 4G/5G, it will block any and all connections using those technologies (even emergency calls). The tech support from the seller plays the con by giving you lists of things to do (with 48h+ response times), none of which will ever work because they have contracted only 2G for the SIM they sold you. They know this and THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. They hope you don't figure it out until it is too later (ie before Amazon's return window closes) or just blame yourself for not figuring it out or your phone for not working. But it is 100% THE SELLERS FAULT!

This vendor's (GMS Team, GMS NET, [email protected]) technical support is exceptionally marvelous because they supported me even on Saturday, 8/22/2025, 1:13 AM PDT with excellent quality to resolve my difficult issues. I submitted the activation request around Aug 21 at 7:47 PM and set the starting time at 0:00 AM Aug 22, 2025. The technical support team responded to my request via email within 5 minutes. I asked more questions, and they responded in real-time speed even after their business hours. My SIM was successfully activated on 8/22/2025, 1:13 AM PDT, and works as expected. I really appreciate this vendor for their superior quality.

The product works good, if you are registered the card you can’t put you activation day anymore. So the 30 days starting direct. This company is not responding at questions.
