Q: Will this fit my JL 2022 Willy sport

Yes, it will fit a JL 2022 Willy Sport.

Q: Does this require drilling into inside door panels or does it fasten with preexisting screws/bolts ?

The only drilling required is into the plastic panel on the tailgate. There are 2 bolts that need to go into the door through the back of the table. The bolts screw into pre-existing threaded holes in the tailgate.

Q: Has anyone had an issue with putting Molle webbing items on this table? Doesn’t seem to have great spacing

MOLLE bags work great. There’s enough space in between to add a few bags.
