Really bad taste, bad smell, and makes me super nauseous. It also gave me a headache. You have to take 8 pills daily and even if you split the pills by taking half in the morning and half in the evening, it doesn't help with the nausea. I had to pay $10 to return my unopened item so can't really recommend.

This is one of the top prenatals out there, and it much more cost effective than the other. Of comprehensive, third-party tested prenatals, I’d easily place this in the top two, and its price pushes it up to first place. It doesn’t omit the bulkier nutrients like choline, which is essential for neural tube development and egg quality, so it does require 8 pills per day. But for those that are looking for a comprehensive prenatal, this one can’t be beat. The forms, amounts, and quality of ingredients is top notch. Everything from D3 to K2, methylated folate, choline, minerals. Love this one!

Big fan!! I was looking for a prenatal without iron and with high choline, natural folate, etc. this is the first I’ve tried and I have felt fantastic while on it, for a couple months now.The first few days I didn’t like the smell or thought it had a bad taste, but within a week I didn’t mind it at all. I also take it exclusively with milk, which helps mask the taste of a pill.
