If you like to cook, and want to lower your salt intake , this is a great starting point. You can use this on a wide variety of of meat , pork and poultry . I also make my own salt free seasoning from other recipes.

This salt free onion and herb seasoning by Mccormick is fantastic!!! It is so good, I am like addicted to it!!! I put it on everything!!! Food doesn't taste the same without it. It is especially good because it doesn't have any salt in it. I only wish, that it came in a larger size. If you like onions, you should definitely try it!!!
