Review: It is an Expansion! - This is another expansion to Dixit. Just like the base game and all the other expansions the cards are of good quality and blend into the main deck easily. Seems like Dixit you are paying a premium for the artwork as the expansions seemed to be high for basically just more cards, but I think people expect that. The artwork is of good quality just like the main deck. Like any artwork, people can have mix feelings and that is fine. The one thing I wished is if the labeled the cards with small text to let you know which expansion the card came from. As once you mix the decks together it is pretty much impossible to know which cards are from what. Especially if you mix multi expansions together. I know you can go online and print out a PDF of the cards in each expansion but that would be very tedious to sort.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these work with "Dixit Journey"?**
A: Yes, the top of the cards all look the Same so you can use it with journey as well

**Q: This just contains 84 cards, no score board, right?**
A: That is correct only the cards are sold and they are the same cards that are in the actual game so if you already have the board I wouldn't purchase the expansion.

**Q: Does this expand the original dixit game to 12 players like the Odyssey dixit base game does?**
A: No (or I don't believe so).  This is simply more cards with new artwork.  Though I suppose nothing is stopping anyone from expanding the game on their own. :)

**Q: Are any of the cards in the expansion decks duplicates?**
A: I have not found any duplicates in the expansion deck.

This is another expansion to Dixit. Just like the base game and all the other expansions the cards are of good quality and blend into the main deck easily. Seems like Dixit you are paying a premium for the artwork as the expansions seemed to be high for basically just more cards, but I think people expect that. The artwork is of good quality just like the main deck. Like any artwork, people can have mix feelings and that is fine. The one thing I wished is if the labeled the cards with small text to let you know which expansion the card came from. As once you mix the decks together it is pretty much impossible to know which cards are from what. Especially if you mix multi expansions together. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great game for the whole family

We love this family game. This is just an expansion pack for the original so you do need the game board and pieces. Dixit is easy to learn and the game board has the scoring rules printed on it so you don't have to consult the instructions. The expansion packs keep the game interesting over time. It's expensive but we definitely get our monies worth with regular play. We have swapped out the original box for a more compact travel option. This game comes on just about every trip whether it is a weekend at the lake or a weekend with the grandparents.
