It disappears when on my belt. The screws on the scales were loose and without any thread lock, but maybe that was intentional since people might want to wrap paracord. The spine is sharp (for use with a ferro rod, I assume). There isn't any jimping on the spine, but I'm ok with that. And it's so cheap, I don't have to be precious with it. The sheath feels (and sounds) great. I was wary about the belt clip but the looseness of it is perfect. It allows for the knife to move with my body as I sit and turn in different ways, and also lets me angle the knife back a little when unsheathing, which makes things so much easier than pulling straight up.
