This is the best caffeine solution I have found. I had quite caffeine and coffee a few years ago but suddenly found myself using "chocolate" to compensate, which was way too much sugar just for a low dose of caffeine. So I decided to investigate caffeine capsules but I wanted LOW DOSE. Everybody today uses waaaaaaay too much. You don't need much to get "results." Caffeine doesn't provide energy, it provides alertness. So 25mg is plenty. I also like how these capsules aren't just "naked caffeine." The L Theanine and Theobromine must be doing something to take out the jitters. I really like this stuff and I think you will too!

Took this on a day I fasted for labs so I could avoid my caffeine withdrawal headache. It was perfect. No jitters, and no headache!

This stuff is great! I have a low tolerance for caffeine so coffee often gives me anxiety or puts me on edge. One or two 25mg pills gives me the same energy and focus without the negative side effects. Plus it's cheaper and more convenient than coffee. If you like caffeine but coffee is too strong, this is for you. I could also see these being useful for quitting a caffeine addiction

This works for my 10 year old with ADHD! One capsule did not help but two is a very notable difference per his teacher! I was worried that 2 capsules would be too much L-theonine for him but his doctor said it’s okay and you can’t really overdose on L-theonine. L-theonine has a short half life but when he gets home from school at 2:20 I notice he’s WAY calmer! He hasn’t mentioned feeling jittery.

Sometimes my mind wanders a little too quickly during study. I take one of these pills and it brings my normal focus back. I do not generally react well to caffeine (most times gives me a bit of anxiety) so I like that it is a small dose. I have tolerated it well so far. I am trying different dosages to see what works best, but so far one seems to be enough. It is not a magic pill giving laser beam focus. But when I find my mind wandering after only a few minutes of study, I take one of these. I gave 4 stars because it improved focus and no reactions to the product. 5 stars if I had a large focus boost ( I am not sure if that is possible without being more stimulating). I have used a couple of VitaMonk's products with no issues.

Great product. Lowest dose so you can dial in what you need at any given time. Only wish is we got more per bottle.

Blending these 3 together looks highly interesting to me but I do get jitters. I'm looking for low dose caffeine options and I'm familiar and experienced with blending caffeine and l-theanine. The theobromine is probably a bit high. This is my personal situation. Both caffeine and theobromine have an interaction with both of my psych meds so this is not for me personally due to having significantly complicated brain chemistry. If be interested in trying this with a blend of 50-100mg theobromine. I've got a complex situation though and this could be a better choice as the combo does look rather clever compared to caffeine overload.
