Acanthus Floral Vintage Prepasted Wallpaper (Charocal & Goldenrod)

Because the wallpaper is a straight pattern match you can easily line up for easy installation and cut down on waste. Good for the beginner/novice not familiar with hanging wallpaper. I purchased 11 rolls for a 15'x16' room and have about 2 1/2 rolls left over. Good to have extra in case a wall gets damaged down the road. The paper is durable and doesn't easily tear when wet but you do need to be careful. I used Roman 505 wallpaper paste to apply the paper to the wall and to act as a leveling agent in case there is an uneven surface on the wall. It makes for clean installation and removal if needed. Don't forget to apply sizing to your wall before you wallpaper. I would recommend this paper to anyone.

I was skeptical when ordering it but I was finally able to install and it is seriously so much better than I was expecting. It was thick, durable and easy to hang. I couldn't believe how well it covered the 150 years of plaster cracks and imperfections (even after prepping with a refinish sealer for problem walls) My walls look totally smooth. The pattern lines up extreemly well and I had almost no waste. Just needed to use a water spray bottle, bookend the sheets and it went up easy.

This paper is a dream! There is zero shrinkage in this paper so you don’t have to overlap the edges at all. Just but them together and it’s perfect. The pattern perfectly lines up. The paper was really durable and easy to work with with zero stretching. So this would be a good pre-pasted wallpaper for a beginner or novice to use. The only caution on us is that it’s difficult to cut with a regular razor blade because of the durable finish over the top. I would recommend an X-Acto knife for particular wallpaper. The paste was very evenly distributed and was a joy to work with.

Beautiful paper and good quality

Beautiful paper, great quality and easy to install. I always use wallpaper paste to activate the pre-pasted backing and it is up to stay for a while! In my case, this is a good thing. My house is old and peeling happens, using paste on pre-pasted keeps this from happening. My issue is that I lost at least an entire roll because the manufacturer must have rolled the paper up before the print was completely dry. This caused the ink to adhere to the backing and messed up the print. I am now awaiting my next shipment to make up for the roll lost to finish the room.
