Can you send me one similar to 220 v? At APO address?

We do not sell any of these tool in 220V and we do not ship to APO addresses.

Can somebody send me a picture of what they got? Is it like the one in the picture? What does tool only mean?

Mine is exactly like the one in the picture. I think "tool only" means no accessories. Mine came with a case, but did not include any bits or dust shields or anything like that. You can get a set of Makita concrete drill bits here on Amazon for a good price. I bought them, and so far they are holding up great.

Yes it can, but it's an expensive option for that kind of work. Harbor freight makes a cheaper impact hammer that is designed for that kind of work and works/lasts well. I have both this and the HF option and the HF one is better for just chiseling tile.

Mnn I'm not really sure, and not near it to check now. But, it's heavy something around 5-6 pounds; heavy as for what is made for. Hope this helps...
