After reverse and forward a few times. If it still stuck I pull paper out with a pliers while it’s reversing.

How about this shredder?

This shredder will handle light or occasional usage but in my opinion if you shred 15-20 pages a day every day, you may want to look elsewhere. Paper bits tend to stick to the cutter area, pack that area, and quickly jam the machine. Reversing the motor (REV switch) will not clear the jams. You have to manually clean out the cutters with a ice pick or small screwdriver.

This thing will not stop running! how do i fix it? already cleaned. no jams.

Ours is doing the same thing. We turn it off when not in use.
