This product I found after doing research on Google, of course jumped on Amazon saw that it was on here for a really decent price. Check the reviews. I’m ready please with this item that I purchased. I noticed taking it consistently for two weeks that I had more energy more stamina, I would recommend maybe doing 2/3 weeks consistent and then give yourself 2 weeks off. One suggestion would be have a better way of extracting product.

I love this product because this shilajit is all-natural and very healthy. Yeah, it stinks. Yeah, it does not taste good by itself. Yet, who in their right mind would consume it by itself? Don't be crazy! However, put it in your Ryze coffee, add a little cacao chocolate powder, and you'll have a fantastic product to help you create better, sufficient, and essential testosterone in men. You'll get the correct magnesium you need to help create that testosterone, and you'll see your "member" work like it's supposed to in the bedroom! If you're tired of the low libido and erectile issues, try this product. The only thing I do not like is that the container's lid does not keep the shilajit liquid from spilling out. There is a little foam cover that goes on top of the opening, but that also gets caught in the screw-on lid. If the foam cover gets lodged into the top of the inside of the lid, then the liquid will spill out. A better container should be considered for packaging production. This container is not safe to travel with. I bought two of these items. First, last year, I took it on an airplane for a trip to Vegas from Texas, and it spilled all over the inside of my vitamin bag, causing everything inside to have a horrible stench. So what I do is I take about a 1/4 cup of water & microwave it for about 20 seconds then I use the stick that this comes with & u will see markings on the tip, I dip that into my now warm/just barely hot water so it’s easier to extract the Shilajit, then I scoop enough to fill in the markings on the stick & put it back into the water, swooshing it around until it falls off the stick & into the water. Then I’ll use a plastic utensil (since it’s longer than the stick) & make sure it’s completely dissolved then it’s ready to be drank. Now I will say, it’s not the best tasting, I always say it’s like “Ramon noodle water” tasting so I pinch my nose & quickly ingest but my husband is fine with the taste & just drinks it straight. But the benefits out weigh the few moments of having to taste it by far. I no longer feel the need to nap during the day, I have more energy & am in an over all better mood. Plus it helps curve my appetite so I don’t feel like snacking throughout the day like I used to. I do recommend to take on an empty stomach for best results. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who inquires! Great product!
