I have only used this magnetic closure for a few days, but it is holding “tight” and doing its job! It is a way in which to not only easily close my necklace, but adds a bit of “cuteness” with the heart on the back of the chain to those who view! Very easy to put on..sure beats spending a couple of minutes in putting my necklace on! It seems very sturdy and reliable so far!

This magnetic heart clasp brings beauty. Nicely crafted. Almost charm like But it functions in a manner that is a little different. The two magnets clasp together as two full size hearts that layer one on top of the other. Why does this distinction matter? Visualize your bracelet resting on a table like the horizon - horizontally. With many clasps, you can gently pull on the chain from each side of the magnetic clasp until the two magnets part. And if you have that kind of clasp, if you snag your bracelet on a cupboard handle the magnets are likely to breakaway and the bracelet may fall off. This clasp is a little different. The magnets come together vertically and so a snag of the bracelet on the handle of the cupboard door is less likely to make them open. Having said that, it still does open quite easily however, it takes a more deliberate motion. You can’t just pull down on the necklace and have it open. You need to grasp the chain at either side of the magnet and twist and then the top magnet separates from the bottom magnet and the clasp opens.

This is really beautiful! There are two "pegs" (one on each side) to keep two pieces connected stronger. Easy to remove, a little tough to secure. Definitely recommend!

I was going to give 3 stars but I gave 4 because it looks nice & I appreciate the packaging~ it comes in a little plastic pouch with a small polishing cloth. But you really have to get the tab all the way down in order to open the clasp & it's such a tight spring, that it's tough to keep it open to put a piece of jewelry on or take it off. Hopefully this means it's very secure, but it is quite tough.

When I received this item, upon first glance, I was quite surprised at its small size. But don't let it's size discourage you! WOW!!! I've tried a host of other magnetic clasps, but nothing has compared to this one. This little clasp is EXTREMELY STRONG & FEELS PERFECTLY SECURE! The way the small divots snap together with the magnets, feels more secure than non-magnet clasps. I've got two silver chains, w/pendants, attached by one little heart clasp! Thank you for a beautiful product, clearly of the highest quality! Going to buy one for my son right now...Many Blessings!

I highly recommend this magnet clasp. It has good hold, the heart shape brings a sweet and pretty touch. I was having a hard time putting my new bracelet on or taking off. Now I can do it in less than a minute! I hope it does not change color and turn out going dark like some other clasps I bought in the past - time will tell. to take it out just slude your nails between the two hearts.

At first I thought it was too strong of a magnet because I could get them apart. But my husband got it apart with some effort. We think there might have been a little glue holding shut until he broke the seal. It works fantastic. And it's pretty silver so it matches my jewelry.

Looks nice but doesn't work well with dainty chains - this will slide around to the front

I'm thrilled to bits with this Heart Magnetic Fastener. Having been 'blessed' (huh!) with arthritis at age 21, I've found, as time moved on, fastening necklaces & bracelets became a real challenge. I have magnetic fasteners for necklaces have now arrived at the place where I need fasteners for bracelets too. Thrilled to find this particular one as it 'fitted' in with the look of my bracelet and it's charms. Having used the magnetic heart(s) for several days now,, I'm happy to HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VERY PRETTY MAGNETIC HEART FASTENER! It's pretty, highly polished so it shines brightly; It comes in a two part fixing - one half has a tiny magnet and little (feelable) pips on either side of the magnet, and the other side of the heart has a magnet and two tiny holes that the pips fit into, so making it a more secure catch, and ensuring that it has the maximum magnetic force to keep the clasp closed. I'm absolutely thrilled with this magnetic clasp, I can now put my bracelet on by myself, instead of having to ask for help! Perfect solution.

Very strong. I have an extremely valuable and quite heavy sterling silver necklace and I’m using this clasp for that. So far I am bewildered at how strong it is to pull apart (imagine trying to pull a necklace off your neck ). I’m convinced you would break a link if you tried, not that I was trying to break it but I needed to test the limits. Beautifully presented in a little bag with a cloth and it came very quickly. It’s a beautiful piece, very elegant and the perfect size for me. Very impressed. Let’s see how it goes and I’ll give an update if there are any changes.

This is a quality product. It looks and feels like a real piece of jewelry and the magnets are strong. I have to use my fingers to pull them apart, if I tried to tug on the bracelet, it would break before the magnets would let go.

Absolutely beautiful. It’s hard when you get older to do the little clasps. This adds style to necklace.
