27 " dressing stick. If you are or had surgery, for me my knee, then this is for you. Helped me put on & off pants & underwear. My neighbor raved about hers. I bought it & I'm not disappointed. One side is a hook. You can easily pick up clothes. The other end has 2 L shaped hooks for pushing open, or down clothing, pants, to get on. Other one helps in getting off clothes easily. Very happy with mine. Functional. Easy to figure out & use. Sturdy wood.

This is a heavy duty dressing stick. At first I was concerned as this screws together. After using it however, I found it to be very nice indeed.

I am delighted with this side. I have an arm which I can’t raise and it is very difficult for me to put on coats, shirts etc. looking at the picture I couldn’t figure out how it worked. I had never seen one before. I decided. To give it a try and I am so glad I did. It would take me 1p minutes of struggling to get a coat on if there was no one to help. Now I just slip.this stick under the sleeve and it slides on.in seconds. A wonderful feeling. Also has a zipper pull which makes a zipper so easy to work. I’m going to get a second one to keep in my purse it folds up so easily. Highly recommend. I wish it came with directions. It is easy to use once you figure it out.

Sturdy Good value. Very effective. No need to spend much more on others which look alike and do the same.

Very study. Good helpmate.i bought this for my husband after he had two others he owned broke. The design is a very useful help but II bought this one for him because it was more sturdy. I paid 29 95, so I thought it would be more sturdy. We received this stick Feb 17. It is now April 18. 18 This stick broke this morning April 18. We are very disappointed. I would not recommend spending this much thinking it would be sturdier.

I got this to use after knee replacement but found I only used it a few times. I practiced ahead of my surgery putting my socks, shoes, underwear and pants on so didn't need this. That said, I did try it for a sock aid and it worked OK. I used it to reach for things and thats more challenging and a grabber works better. I think depending on what level dressing assistance you need and with practice, you cld make this work.

This is WONDERFUL!! The only criticism is, the wood could be painted or varnished, to give it a smoother finish. Other than that, I'm thankful I bought it and I'm looking for the same tip, but only 56 inches or longer, to hang some clothing out of the way. Temporarily, I unscrewed it and put the top part into a shower pole that feel, but the pole is just a lil to heavy for my arms( torn rotator cuffs) for me. But it works. ( see what happens when you pray for wisdom!)if this company makes the same thing in 56 in. Or longer, please let me know? Thank you an Happy Holidays!

I got this for my grandfather who has trouble getting his socks off and the day I gave it to him, he took it home, went to use it to take his socks off, and it broke. Snapped like a toothpick, garbage!

This is a very well made, very sturdy dressing stick. I have used a similar one for over three years, but this new one has a larger circumference around the “stick” and I’m sure will last for years. If I would ever want another dressing stick (perhaps as a gift), I will definitely purchase one of these.
