Mesquite flavor and smell great addition to my spices. I can't tolerate pepper or any hot spice so I was very happy to find this stand alone seasoning. A small amount adds great flavor.

This powder is AWESOME. Hickory smoke flavored powder has been available for awhile, and I LOVE it to go in my seasoning mixes and dry soup/chili/stew mixes... but I've been searching a long time to find mesquite smoke flavored powder, because I like mesquite better with beef and fish. And now there are producers finally delivering on this! YAAAAYYY!!! I just tried some of this in one of my recipes and... it's GREAT! Just use very sparingly, because it's very strong. THANK YOU!
