I use these handles every day and think they are great. The bands are easy to change and the handles work great. It's nice to be able to change weights as my routine and strength changes. Their price is pretty reasonable but the bands are a little expensive considering they are just a rubber hose. It cost me about $130 to buy one of each weight but they are cheaper and more versitile than dumbells.
