Makes a wonderful loaf. Very light and edible. Expensive but worth it for a treat

Excellent quality
Disliked nothing about this product. Very good fine quality. Note - this is plain flour so if using for cakes requiring Baking Powder you will need to add this.

Fast delivery
Don't be put off buying this product if it says there is a short delay on delivery. Mine came quicker than the predicted date. I've used it for baking and it gives a lovely texture. Very happy with the quality.

It is definitely flour and tasted like flour should
Wasn't sure about this but with my partners birthday smack dab in the middle of the store shortages I had no choice. Very happy with this flour, it worked and tasted fine. Was a bit pricey but all in all was very happy to have been able to purchase it.

Made nice shortbread biscuits
Used it to make some shortbread biscuits , very good, just hope it is 100% wheat and no additives, as it says on the packet.

Brilliant
Bought this for my son who has used so many different types of flour in an attempt to bake croissants, as you can see he has used this flour and been able to get the lamination just right. He will definitely be buying again.
