Are gizmo dorks pla food safe?

The PLA is not certified as food safe. Regardless of the type of filament that is used, 3D printing that uses FDM technology generally is not safe for printing food safe parts. There are many reasons for this. One main factor is because bacteria can build up in the small gaps that is created in between the layers that are printed. Another reason is because typical stock nozzles are made out of brass, which contains lead.
