Does it remember my temperature settings?

The device does not retain settings between sessions. Each time you switch it on, you select your cup type and temperature — this takes about 5 seconds.

Is it safe to leave on all day?

Yes. The auto shut-off timer can be set from 1 to 9 hours (default 4H). The gravity sensor also pauses heating automatically when no cup is detected, so it will not run empty.

Can it be used as a candle warmer?

Yes. Many customers use this warmer with scented candles in glass or metal containers. Use the glass or metal temperature setting accordingly, and ensure the container has a flat base.

Is it stable on a desk? Does it wobble when pressing buttons?

The warmer has 4 non-slip feet on the base for stability. The gravity sensor button is located underneath — we recommend pressing front buttons with a mug on the plate to keep it stable.
