* Removable insole (insole) if you want a "barefoot" feeling. Go barefoot! We walked barefoot for 4 million years, then for a few hundred years in strange things called "shoes." Now we return to our roots and the perfect design of Mother Nature! Review: Not very minimalist - These shoes arrived labelled, ‘women’s tennis shoes‘. They are quite heavy. They are wide in the front, and as it is a knitted material on top, don’t feel very stable either. The soles feel chunky. Review: I have very wide, short (8 inches heel-to-toe), and tall (instep) feet, so I was looking for a nice pair of white sneakers that would not squish my toes and allow my feet to move a bit more naturally. I ordered size 6, which fits my feet very well. Since buying these, they have become one of my absolute favorite pairs of shoes, because they are just so comfortable! They are excellent shoes for driving, and I usually forget that I'm wearing them because of how comfortable they are. I wear them on most of my walks, and while they probably wouldn't withstand heavy walking without wearing out the insole, the outer sole is holding up pretty well. Even with the insole, I can feel the different surfaces I'm walking on without feeling like I'd get cut if I stepped on something sharp, which is very nice. My toes have room to spread out and move freely (while my pinky toe cannot spread out fully to the side, it is not squished inward towards the other toes). They are obviously not the first choice for fashionable shoes, but they don't look so much like clown shoes that I feel self-conscious wearing them in public. And I really like how many color options there are! I would not be surprised if I ordered another pair of these in another color, or maybe the ones that are made of canvas material to be a bit warmer for colder months (these ones are quite breathable). I haven't cleaned them yet, but I think they'll be pretty easy to clean. The one thing I don't like so much is that the laces are made of a very synthetic material, which holds the shape of how they were tied when they arrived. I think maybe washing and air-drying them would help with that, but I haven't gotten around to that yet, so they still have some kinks and look a little wonky, but that's a minor thing for me. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase, and I think these are a great value for the price!

Wide enough for my toes to spread, I wear a 9 in womens so I got a 41 in mens. Soft leather, I wear them to work at Walmart, I did buy some cheap flat insoles for a little extra cushion because my feet hurt a lot on the concrete floors. But so far so good, I like them.

I purchased these with high hopes, and I'm so excited to say they feel great! I have had a morton's neuroma for over 20 years and it has really been flaring lately. These shoes give the toes room to position themselves in a natural state. Walking around today with them (first day) I have NO PAIN!! I'm already looking at another pair in a different colour. I think they look cute too!

These are perfect, same as the sock liners that come with the original shoe. Will be buying more in the future.

I got these today and went to the gym with them. Did 2 miles running and walking on the treadmill and then did various weight lifting with them. So far I am impressed with the feel of them. Very light and comfortable. I am interested to see how they do on the trail in the mountains once the rain finally goes away. I will update my review once I have put some serious distance on them.
