Ease of use.
Love my new all in one Lenovo computer. Love that it has Windows Pro 11, Business edition. Easy to use. Recommend.

DON'T BUY THIS!
This is the most awful computer, ever! First it arrived with no operating system. The company to assist me in getting one (how crazy, huh?? no operating system?)was pretty helpful. I purchased this computer in February and now 5 months later, it is out of warranty and the computer does not start. I am so disappointed in this product. To save heartache and frustration, don't buy this. They offered to have me (at my own expense ) send it back to them and for $109 diagnostic fee, they would look at it. One of their suggestions via Leena, the bot, was to use my spare power cord (It is not a standard cord) to see if it worked that way. Not helpful. It gets a one star because a)I can't submit this without a number and 2) the guy who helped me get an operating system was helpful.

The only problem I had with this product was the mouse was broken on arrival of the computer and the keyboard symbols were placed differently than on my old one. I went back to using my old keyboard.

Keyboard/mouse
The computer seems to be in good working order, however the mouse is broken and the keyboard is improperly marked. The #2 key should have the (@) symbol, not the quotatin (") symbol. There is an added key next to the Z, which when typing in passwords, may cause you to get locked out, as you are used to a keyboard layout that you've used for 40 years! The key with the apostrophe ('),should have quotation mark (").

Screen won't come on
Terrible computer. Only 3 months old and I just cracked it over my knee and threw it in the scrap pile. You can hear it come on and the screen stays black. Playing with the power button you used to be able to get it through come on. Has gotten worse over the last month. Now nothing. Worst computer I have had.
