Good hub
Interesting device, I'm using this with a pump for a custom loop, good dashboard in ICUE that I can customise. No screws is also a plus. You need to have a free PCIE-6 connector for this device.

It does not work and it adds a load of untidy clutter to your pc.
Unless you already have the Corsair ecosystem or are planning on using all corsair has to offer, there is no point at all to this device. It is marketed as a way of tidying up, less wiring etc but in reality it adds a load more wires, a plastic box and steels a usb port. So in my case it is the total exact opposite of Corsairs advertising. The only reason I bought it is because Corsair forced me to. The functions on Corsairs latest water cooling block will only work if paired with this stupid device. I bought it just to prove the point. It is useless. The whole point of using this silly box is to make the LEDs work on the cooling block (in my case). However, Corsairs software is so buggy that it can not actually achieve this. All I want is a colour change related to temperature. Using my motherboards controls, everything works except the Corsair cooler. Using corsair instead of motherboard, nothing works at all. It will waste your time making you set things up and set parameters etc, but it will do nothing. So I have paid for a totally useless device that can not do what is advertised and can not achieve Corsairs claims of reducing clutter because it physically adds clutter! If you buy still purchase it that's your own fault!

Well......
....So I bought this, but only cos i had too! I Originally ordered the xd5 pump with a fancy screen on it, to find out when it was installed that it actually requires the system hub which wasn't included. Now while the hub does its job, the software that they supply really doesn't, your lucky if your corsair equipment is detected HALF the time. But if your looking at this page and you haven't bought into the Corsair ecosystem, I would just take a minute to sit back and consider your alternatives, is this really the route you wish to go down? So to sum up, the hardware does the job, the software sucks, and not in a good way!

Was a present but works as described, like most corsair products

Screw crossair
It’s stupid how you need to buy the hub separately and the hub doesn’t have that many ports on it . And it’s not connected to the rgb on motherboard , just power supply smh

Never touching Corsair again
Forced to use this crap… corsair aren’t even worth 1 star for not allowing you to use at the least a molex lead never mind being in the 21st century and being able to use a SATA removed everything Corsair from my build returned and replaced with a company that allows you to mix and match

No regrets!
At first I had issues with my icue hub, but after reaching out to support I found out that my hub was an older model. Instead of having a usb-c port, it had a micro usb port. I was sent a new model and used the new cable from usb 2.0 mother board header to usb-c on hub and everything works. Sometimes icue is slow to pull up system info on dashboard but otherwise works flawlessly. Currently powering 8 RX120 max fans and 4 rx140 max fans. Also using the corsair icue 4 way signal splitter. Dashboard recognizes and shows info for corsair ram, corsair nvme ssd, all fans, hub itself, and then system info. Icue also automatically detected gigabyte sdk and after accepting it started controlling the rgb on my gigabyte gaming 5080 OC gpu. All in all very impressed with the hub and associated software once it's all set up and working properly. Only complaint is Icue software UI isn't optimized for high dpi screens. I'm on a 65 inch LG C2 running 300% scale.

Passt alles

Dikke 5 sterren

Boa
Resolveu todos os meus problemas. Eu tinha a versão do firmware anterior, com microsub. Essa versão é a atualizada com usb C. Resolveu o problema com minhas rx 120 max.
