COSORI 10 Cup Rice Cooker + Pressure Cooker with 18 Functions & 13 Presets, Including Rice, Slow Cook, Steam, Saute, Sous Vide

Since I bought the Cosori electric pressure cooker, it has been one of the best decisions for my kitchen. It’s very easy to use: the automatic programs work perfectly and make daily cooking much easier. I’ve cooked tender meats, rice, stews, and even soups, and everything turns out delicious and perfectly cooked. Cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-stick inner pot, and the lid comes apart without any hassle. I love how much time it saves and that I can let it cook while I do other things. The price-quality ratio is excellent, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to cook quickly, safely, and with great results.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this pressure cooker. The stainless steel quality is outstanding and feels very durable. It cooks food much faster than traditional methods while preserving flavor and texture beautifully. It’s very easy to use, even for someone who had never owned a pressure cooker before. My Cosori Pressure Cooker was delivered yesterday. So today I read the documention / instructions in the box, watched a few YouTube videos, and prepared five pounds of pressure cooker barbecued babyback ribs using the sautee and pressure cook settings! They were done to tender, tasty perfection in 40 minutes! This Cosori appliance is very well designed and so easy to use; the control buttons are well displayed, and there are so many great functions to try! I found that the large 6 quart capacity is perfect for my needs. The easy steam release switch is so convenient, and the inner pot is the best...easy clean up! I highly recommend this product.

First experience with a 9 in 1 ever, and I love it! This 6 QT appliance is a dinner saver when one has no time or not enough for a meal preparation. It is very easy to use, very intuitive, and there are plenty of recipes on the net. I have made already a lot of soups, stews, and brown basmati rice cooking (20 min). The last dish was a mongolian chicken in the pressure cooker for 5 min high pressure (no keep warm function) with 10 min NPR (letting sit the presdure cooker to release the steam "naturally"). I love its big capacity when I make soup or goulash, etc. The 9 in 1 means it this appliance can replace 9 of them: pressure cook, rice cooker, steamer, sterilizer, sous-vide, slow-cooker, instant cooker, yogurt maker and chauffe-assiettes. One can saute the ingredients first. Very easy to use, and it is also a big space saver on the counter. Presets include porridge, oat, stew/broth, ferment (if you make surdough bread)... To be honest, it is the first appliance I enjoy washing. No risks of elbow grease wasted thanks to the ceramic pot. I wash by hand though. For the price it costs, one should buy it, even I f like me, you have always felt a bit scared by pressure cooker. This one is electric and safe. If something wrong, it stops. The Seal/Vent button is away from the steam release valve so no risk to burn your fingers when releasing the steam which is angled released to prevent burns. That being said, always be vigileant, never open the lid of a pressure cooker full of steam without activating the steam release button!!! The included booklet must be read before use, it is great for instructions, recipes and safety. Great appliance, functionality and price! Do not hesitate, it is a steam steal!

Had this thing about 5 years now. It’s a tank and still works til this day. Everything works completely fine I’ve replaced no parts. Be careful with cord placement however I did burn it and didn’t realize it melted twice I forgot how it may have rested on something hot. However again it works great Tim this day and I’ve used it so much for steaming mainly and quick cooking of chickpeas/ rice/ vegetables. It does everything so well for the price point I have no complaints. Again I don’t remember how I burned the cord and melted part of it but everything else is excellent. Can’t believe I’ve had it five years now. I’m not sure how to use it yet for broth I’m going to learn right now because the description says I can. I’ll report back if I’m unable to. If I don’t report back- assume I made it happen. Only get this if you need it for your cooking needs. Because it’s bulky and if you don’t use it it’ll take up space.

This pressure cooker is a dream, so many cooking options,functions and really easy to navigate. I love the vent/seal slider and the fact that its location means your hand never needs to go near the steam release valve. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it is when in use. Ive only had it 24 hours and have used both the 'Saute' and 'Rice' programmes to make a rice pudding. Saute heats up really quickly, minutes! I used the Rice programme, set time to 15 minute the 5 beeps when cooking completed were audible but not annoying. I allowed the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes - perfect Rice pudding in 30 minutes from start to finish compared to 1.5 to 2 hours in an oven! Love how the lid can be rested in a slot on the outside of the unit. (I should add that its not a hinged rest, needs to be lifted up and out ) The unit sits nicely on the worktop, its a great size and looks good. The inner pot has a lovely finish & the bottom of it is flat and not domed and its a breeze to clean too I cant wait to try more programmes and the 'Delay Start' timer in the next few days! If you're pondering as to whether or not to buy this, I'd say go for it, its really great value for money!

It cooks quickly, meat is always tender and delicious. Its would not now like to be without it

Second Corsori product in two weeks I am so impressed by this brand and love this pressure cooker it isn’t the cheapest on Amazon but I believe you get what you pay for and with the Cosori blaze I have everything in the kitchen covered. It does so many things the pressure cooker is brilliant so easy to use and so quiet not like the dreadful ones in the last I cooked a Gammon joint in 40 mins it was perfect to brown in just popped in the air fryer. I believe it is great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this brand tonight it’s the stew setting, a stew in 50 minutes amazing!
