Does this bag say it meets the emp milspec anywhere? mil-std 188-125

Yes, it does. Head to our official mosequipment.com website for the report. https://mosequipment.com/pages/compliance-testing

Internal dimensions WITHOUT padded liner: 16"L x 6"W x 7.5"H Internal dimensions WITH padded liner (padded liner provides about 1/2" extra padding all around): 15.5"L x 5.5"W x 7"H

It looks like the liner has a metallic fabric on the inside wouldn't that transfer the emp energy to anything thats inside the bag touching it?

The lining is our TitanRF Faraday Fabric, which is used in all of our bags. This fabric is what will shield against EMP's, not transfer and energy. It's made of nickel and copper and has been rigorously tested with optimal results.

airline carryon size?

Yes, this would definitely be fine to carry on a plane. The outer dimensions are 18" x 9" x 8". Hope this helps! Thanks. -Ryan, MOS Equipment
