Awful, so big it’s like wearing a rugby mouth guard, super uncomfortable due to how fat it sits on either side of the teeth

It provides some protection and fits once molded, but comfort is only average. Takes time to get used to, and the material could be better. Suitable as a basic option, but not ideal for long-term use.

Very difficult to reshape in your mouth , After many trials you will feel its not exact on your tooth

the only difference in the sizing is the length of the guard, the thickness and shape of the material is identical. too bulky in the front to be worn easily, makes me think of boxing tooth guards. the method of molding is fine as long as you follow the instructions. and added tip for slightly comfier fit is to press the upper part with your fingers to make a closer fit (while biting really hard on the mold).

This product is not working at all. It’s uncomfortable to use at night and feels very unpleasant in the mouth. There is also a strong plastic taste when you put it in, which is unacceptable for something that goes in your mouth. I would never use this again or recommend putting it in your mouth.
