No problem with compatability.
I was a bit apprehensive about buying my first SFP+ cable. There seems to be lots of incompatibility problems. I used this between two Sodola SL902-SWTG018AS switches and they work great first time. Cable not to stiff. Means I now have two free 2.5g ports that are now available. Price and quality very good.

Perfect DAC Cable
Used this DAC Cable to run between the SFP+ NIC in my PC the the SFP+ port in my switch. Length was perfect, quality feels good, i like the quick disconnect tab. Runs at the full 10g speeds. Works perfectly.

Works exactly as it should. Cable measures the 2m that I needed it for and easily connects my Ubquiti router to my PC at 10Gbps via an SPF+ network PCIe card.

Awesome but be careful with the lock!
I placed the cable into my switch and it locked, which was expected but I tried pulling it out using the little bit of plastic as this is meant to pull back the lock and it wouldn't work. I had to pull really hard until it eventually came out - I saw a little bit of metal on the locking mechanism in my switch was slightly pulled but the issue was with the lock. Anyway, the other end worked fine and it gives me a 10 Gbps uplink between two MikroTik switches!
