No battery replacement and no issues till now. Just plug one end to the adapter and the other to the router and its good to go.It is super essential for JioFiber users like me since the router takes a long time to start up in case of a power outage and then all the smart home devices get disconnected as well.After I installed this UPS my internet connection has been on 24x7. It has a really good battery backup as well.The maximum I got once was 6 hours. On the same day I got the opportunity to test it as because of heavy rain there was no electricity in my area and this ups provided around 3 hours of backup, please note that I did not get an opportunity to charge it for longer time out of the box since I installed and electricity went out. So out of the box it gave me 3 hrs of backup. I am using tata play fiber, router requires 12 volt 1.5 amp. It would be better if there is provision to hang this ups to wall. Overall I am happy with the purchase.
