Great addition for my set of bands
It’s well made. Sturdy and feels comfortable to grip. It comes with a couple of clips which allows me to use my existing hands with this bar. It’s exactly what I needed.

Extremely versatile & a great buy
I love this. It makes me much more likely to work out, so I’ll get better results over time. It’s versatile: I use it for bench press, seated chest press, deadlift, & a few others. I might prefer a slightly heavier bar, but this is fit for purpose & highly effective. Good grip & padding.

Read this one. You need to.
I bought this a while ago. Sorry I’m late. It’s a bar. Comes in 3 pieces that screw together TIGHTLY. I have never had to tighten the bars together and it’s been several months a daily use. It’s also STRONG. I’ve been able to brace it above me and do chin up. I’m pushing 240, so one chin up, but still, wow. The foam padding hasn’t ripped, the rings you hook into are free spinning, so there’s no awkward unbalanced pull angles with bands; motion is smooth when manipulating under pressure. The clips are great but the black paint will begin to rub off with metal on metal contact. Not an issue, my basement isn’t an equinox. Highly recommend. Great bang for your buck and seems to be built to last. Stay classy and get after it you tiger you.

Essential Home Gym Accessory
This device is an essential component for any home gym. It is lightweight, versatile and sturdy; it screws together and can be adjusted in size for different exercises with resistance bands. I would recommend to anyone who works out at home.

Functional and well built
The bar is easy to put together and dismantle for storing and the spacing allows for multiple different hand width while working with resistance bands. I really enjoy the fact that the connections are far enough away from the center not to have the bands against my body during overhead shoulder presses.

Broke but great customer service
The bar broke in about 4 months but the company sent me a refund even past the return period.

Not for heavy lifters
While I stand by what I wrote before, I was impressed that the company reached out to me directly about the bar and offered a refund. They seem to want to treat customers well. I have their bands and I definitely have to say that I'm very happy with those. Just had trouble with the bar. Original review: Probably works ok for lighter amounts of resistance. However, I've had issues with the middle segment's threading just straight up failing so I can't screw it in, it just slides in and out. Started using just the two outer segments but then after a while I noticed that the bar is bowing on me. I'm using heavy resistance bands stacked with each other so it could be just the amount of resistance I'm using. However, if your a person who likes to lift heavy but prefers to use resistance bands to get the variable resistance, i would definitely look elsewhere. Going to have to replace this thing already after about 6 months of use 5 or 6 days a week.
