Great pc camera and great value for the money. I use it for teams, zoom, and school work website work

Works well on my Linux Ubuntu system. The only drawback is that you need to use Windows to activate the microphone with Logi Tune the first time you use it.

The webcam itself is great. Good picture quality, great audio, etc. My complain and reason for 4 stars is this thing requires you to install software to turn the microphone on. That to me is a dumb design. I understand people may "fear" that big brother is listening to them and want a way to disable the microphone, ok so add a clip switch on the back. Having to install software to toggle the mic on is just a silly concept and design for a webcam. Shouldnt need any software at all.

Despite promising 1080p, the quality is middling at best and the microphone is very poor.

Works exactly as intended, the only thing it lacks is being able to twist and adjust it side-to-side.

At full price, I was expecting a new retail package with instruction manual and software, as described. What I received was an obviously returned item in a plastic bag, wrapped haphazardly without manual or software included. The camera works and seems to be of good quality. Without packaging or serial number, will I have problems with warranty?

Excellent picture quality, as expected and advertised. Audio quality is okay if you don't have a dedicated mic or don't want to use a headset. Clear enough for discussion.
