Vilac Wooden Pretend Play Grand Garage, Includes 2 Cars 1 Helicopter and Traffic Signs, Wood and Bright Design, 3 Years+

Looks the part but when played with as a toy it really doesn’t hold up well. It took hours to setup, some parts didn’t fit correctly and ended up having to glue bits together, use different screws where others were the wrong size. Should have been as easy as just screwing it in place! It’s a very flimsy structure, I’m really disappointed with it & worry about my son breaking into pieces when he’s playing with it.

This was bought for my grandsons first birthday. When it was opened half the pieces were missing and plastic bags opened. Also no instructions. Very disappointing to say the least.

I was so excited to get this for my son for Christmas. Upon arrival, and putting the garage together, the wood was just falling apart and splitting. It was made of a cheap wood, sorta balsa like. When we would screw the posts in or attach something the wood would splinter off in large pieces. The gas pumps and edges of the garage (yellow pieces) were just glued on and were falling off. The elevator will not work, because there is a little spool where the string winds around it to lift it up and down,there is no "lip" on the spool to keep the string on ...it just slips off. I was upset christmas eve when we were putting it together. I was actually thinking of gluing the edge of the building on, and the gas pumps, and trying to piece together the wood. At this price of 69.00 plus shipping, it should be mint. I will say they have quick shipping, I am not sure on the customer service because I am still waiting to hear if they received it. I mailed it out the first available day after Christmas that they were opened, no word yet. So, I would advise you to stay away from this product. cute idea, wood is cheap and shreads. I am still waiting on my refund or just to hear if they recieved it back yet...poor communication so far it has been at least 14 days and they should have received it back and at least emailed me of it's arrival. I am disappointed.

A very nice toy. It is not very sturdy, so it is not recommended for children who play hard with their toys.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix, le petit fils joue avec tous les jour, compléter par des voitures miniature en métal, il est costaud, tient bien en place quand on le déplace (et oui, il passe de la chambre au salon, puis dans la cuisine et retour à la chambre, sans broncher :)) La petite porte du garage a été enlevée, elle tient moyen, on lui remet de temps en temps. Petite astuce, montez le avant de l'offrir, ça sera moins frustrant pour le petit qui trépigne parce que le montage est assez long.

¿Alguien sabe si esto se puede solucionar? De repente el ascensor ha caído solo, sin hacer ninguna manipulación rara.
