I had a pair of heeled sandals I wanted to wear for a wedding but the strap around the back of my heel kept falling down. I bought these pads to try and fix that issue. The pads were slightly too big for the strap but it was super easy to cut them down to fit. The pads stayed in place really well and added a lot of comfort since they are so thick. I was really impressed with the quality and how easy they were to use. I’m glad I have more to use with other shoes!

These work very well, stay in place and are made of good quality foam. I have very narrow heels and most shoes slip in the back so I use these to stop the "clomping" sound of the heels dropping when walking. The shoes stay on my heel and I can walk without sounding like King Kong is coming. It's nice that there are both the beige and black colors included so they can hide in almost any shoe.

I used these on two pairs of shoes. One pair I had worn for several years and had stretched a bit, so the extra padding of these pads helped to shore up the loose fitting and keep the heel on my foot. The pad is extremely comfortable and has made these older shies fun to wear again. The other pair of shoes I put these in were new and the correct length, but for whatever reason they constantly slipped off my heels. These heel pads were too thick for this application. And while they did stop the heel slipping, I ended up with a blister from them being too tight. The glue is strong and it took quite a bit of muscle to pull them out of my newer shoes and they have not budged in the older shoes I'll be keeping them in. And I appreciate having the choice of nude or black color. Just wish they were sold in package sizes with fewer sets.

Great for sizing a shoe a little smaller. Also these pads prevent any blisters from your shoes rubbing against your heel .They stick to the shoe easily and wore them all day , pads were in and didn’t move at all. The thickness was perfect just thick enough . Some of these pads are to thin and just are worthless these are good quality. When I wear tights , thinner socks or no socks at all ,I like my shoes not to slip up and down .These pads are really great if you don’t want to wear socks , and they help prevent blisters if your shoe is slightly loose.

I was really excited to try these inserts based off all the positive reviews, but unfortunately they didn't work too well for me. My foot still slipped, not as much as without, but still some slipping. No regrets with purchasing, I was just hoping it would stop the slipping. The padding is thick and it does somewhat push the foot in the shoe to make it more snug and it was comfortable, but not enough for my shoe. My shoes may just be too big. I may try them in another shoe to see if there is a difference. I would still use them in my too big shoe, it does fit better, it just didn't take away the slipping completely.

These are perfect for shoes that are just a little loose. Easy to apply; just fold in half for a mark and adhere to the heel center. Soft and comfortable. Very happy with these.

The pads seem to be thicker, more plump on the photos. As they are pretty flat, I had to put two of them into the shoes, one on the upper, the other on the lower side of the heels because they are narrow too. I will see if it’s enough when I wear my shoes.
