They work as expected. Only issues I can imagine would be from user error. We have a wall covered by curtains and these are holding them up just fine.

Used this item on top of the window molding rather than from the ceiling, it is very sturdy and barely noticeable against the woodwork. Used to hang winter weight drapes from. I didn't want to drill into the already damaged side trim.

I used these to hang a curtain rod in the inside of my window and they were easy to assemble and durable! The only thing I wish it came with was a set of 4 or 5 instead of 3.

This ceiling-mounted curtain rod holder gets the job done! It’s a great option for inset windows where traditional wall mounts won’t work. It holds standard-sized rods securely and looks clean once installed. That said, the material feels like it could be a bit flimsy, so time will tell how it holds up with daily use. Great value. Overall, a solid, functional product that does what it’s supposed to. All mounting pieces included.

Easy, fast installation

These mounts are shaped for walls, not for ceilings. I couldn't use them, because hanging a rod on these would be unsafe, the rod could easily slide off.

Affordable and works perfect in terms of holding up a curtain rod as a clothing rod 🙂 However I did not use the hardware that came with it as it would not hold what I needed, I bought toggle bolt package separately to hold a significant amount of weight.
