JDiction UV Resin 300g, Super Crystal Clear UV Resin Solar Cure Sunlight Activated Hard Resin Kit for Jewelry Making, Casting and Coating, DIY Crafts

I usually mix my resin for larger items, but thought I'd try this as I had some jewellery moulds. I also bought the lamp it recommended too. I found some items worked really well but some where it just didn't cure properly and even after 24hrs it was liquid at the bottom of the mould and still sticky. I will try and use it again to get better results next time. I have found out since, that the moulds you use do need to be clear so the uv rays can get though, so this was one of my mistakes I made. My other piece I used quite a bit more pigment and this can take longer to cure. What I did like about this resin was that there is no mixing and is so easy to apply to your projects. However, I have realised that this isn't really suitable for the bigger and thicker projects. One thing I did notice was my pieces that were successful were lovely and clear.

Although I’m basically a beginner to resin crafting, I can tell this is good UV resin by the results I’ve had so far - it’s crystal clear, dries quickly under a UV lamp and mixes nicely with any colour I’ve used it with so far. It’s not too thick but it’s definitely thick enough! The bottles are 100ml each so won’t last very long as I make large coasters, but will last a decent amount of time, and were a good price. JD Resin seem to be an excellent company for resin crafting supplies - I also have their 2 sided UV Lamp and levelling table, both of which are excellent, easy to use and proficient at their roles. Two thumbs up for the resin 👍🏼👍🏼

This resin is fab for crafting, I've made lots of fab quality jewelry with this stuff and would highly recommend, cures well and crystal clear, so far none of my creations have discoloured or yellowed, the smell from this resin is minimal but you should still always use in well ventilated area as you don't want to be inhailing any fumes, I am yet to try the different viscosity resins that jdiction make as this hard type resin is quite versatile to craft with but I will be sure to try the others soon !

I thought all UV resin was the same, I was wrong. This resin is clear and pours easily so works well with more intricate moulds. Far better than any other resin I have bought so far. Also very easy to use so handy for beginners.

Amendment: JDiction customer service cannot be faulted. They contacted me regarding my resin woes and offered to resolve the situation. I have revised my review as they took the time to reach out and resolve this to our mutual satisfaction. I shall try this resin again as I suspect I was just unlucky and received a bad batch. Every other time I have used JDiction products, I have been more than happy with the result. Original Review: I have used JDiction high viscosity UV resin which has been wonderful to work with and cures completely clear. This new formula UV resin however does not. It turned the clear bookmarks I was working on a very distinct and ugly shade of yellow and ruined my work. Not happy. I shall have to look elsewhere for the UV resin to use for my everyday projects.

Very good product very shinny

My last foray into UV resin didn't go well. Sticky, not curing, ruining a lot of projects I almost gave up. So I switched to this brand and it's been a game changer! No longer sticky, my pieces cure in a few minutes and I get super shiny creations too. I also do not notice a smell from this uv resin. Very happy with the price, I can highly recommend this brand for UV resin.
