This came without instructions. I have no idea how long to leave it on, how to take it off and what i can use afterwards

Your skin will be red afterwards. The theory of this treatment : once CO2 goes to your skin your natural body response will be to eliminate it from your body. Therefore more oxygen will be directed to you skin. Also blood circulation will increase which improves skin conditions. After wash your face and apply moisturizer

If you watch the video, you know that I am testing this out at this very moment, and I’m OK. The burning went down but another issue that I have is the box comes with no English instructions. I had to look elsewhere to find instructions on how to do this.
