Okay, I am a mom of two young kids. I was looking for a hair styler that would give me wavy results in a short amount of time because I don't have a ton of time with my crazy busy mornings. I gave this product a chance after reading several reviews. I have shoulder length hair and is not super thin but not super thick either. I naturally have an ugly frizzy wave to my hair which I do not like. I tried this for the first time when I got it delivered and OMG! I'm obsessed! It's lightweight, super easy to use and takes little to hardly any time at all! I tried it with fan option on which I LOVE. It locks in the waves/curls and cools my hair making it where my hair is touchable right after. I didn't have to turn the heat up hardly at all. So far my waves have lasted all day and this is with freshly washed hair and NO product in my hair. I normally would use a curling iron and/or straightener which was difficult and did not give me the results I was hoping for. My hair would get hot and I'd often burn my fingers. This product makes it hard to burn yourself and gives great results. I love the tossled messy wave look and that's what I was able to get with it! I got the standard size because my hair is around shorter length and I am due for a hair cut which I normally will have it a few inches shorter and brought up in the back. The shorter barrel is perfect. My hair came out the way I wanted plus it's super smooth, shiny and soft! I highly recommend this styler!

I absolutely love this. My hairdresser used this on my hair and my curls stayed in for 2 DAYS so I had to buy this for myself! Before my hair could never stay curled, it would fall out in an hour. You definitely get good quality for the price. It works so well on my hair. (I have thick, long hair) Even though I have long hair it saves so much time curling my hair since all I do is put my hair in, turn, and pull. The length is perfect for me as well as the weight. Usually my arms get tired after using other curlers because it's so heavy but I can finish my hair before my arm starts hurting. I don't know how well it would work on other hair types but if you have long, wavy, thick hair it will definitely work on you. If you pair it with their sea salt texturizing spray it works so well and will have your hair feeling good! Such good quality for such a good price. Definitely recommend!!!!

I absolutely love the L’ANGE HAIR Le Duo Grande 360° Airflow Styler because it works perfectly as both a straightener and a curler. The plates glide smoothly and leave my hair shiny, sleek, and frizz free. The cooling airflow vents really help lock in my style so it lasts all day. It heats up quickly and is very easy and comfortable to use. The blush color is beautiful and gives it a luxurious, professional feel. It’s so easy to use my tween uses it more than I do.

I’ve purchased two of these curlers—one about a year ago and another recently—and it’s by far my favorite styling tool. My daughter and I both use it regularly. I have long, thin, slightly wavy hair, while my daughter has long, thick, straighter hair, and it works wonderfully for both of us. The curls come out beautiful and last for days. Most of the time we only need to do a few quick touch-ups if a curl falls out after sleeping. I usually curl small sections at a time and brush each section before curling, which helps create really defined, polished curls. I also really like the airflow feature because it helps keep my hair cooler while styling. I don’t straighten my hair very often, but when I do, I’ve noticed it takes a bit longer to straighten compared to my Conair Infinity Pro straightener. That’s not a big issue for me since I mainly use it for curling. My only real concern is that after a few months of use, the strips on each side of the plates started to bubble and eventually chip off. Because of that, the curler doesn’t glide as smoothly and can sometimes catch on my hair, so I have to remove it quickly to avoid burning or damaging it. Overall, it’s still an amazing product that works really well, and I love the results it gives. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the chipping issue. Also, the coloring on the curler in the photos is from my daughter coloring her hair last week, which stained it—so I ended up buying another one and giving that one to her. While leaving a review for the new one, I wanted to share what happened with the old one. Even after a year, it still curls great aside from occasionally catching due to the chipped areas.

I have long hair that doesn't hold curl well. I initially bought this curler from a Facebook ad about 3 years ago. Prior to using this curler, I used a curler with a rotating wand, which I like, but after I curled my hair in the 2nd story bathroom, my hair was almost straight by the time I got to the bottom of the stairs on the first level. Since my previous curler was heat only, I used the highest heat to curl my hair in an effort to make the curl last a little longer. Because of this, I often had to have my hair trimmed to cut off the burned ends. After about 3 years of use, my other L'ange curler got a film on the curling plates from hair spray I use, and my hair was starting to stick to the plates. So, I decided to clean the plates. Since the film was kind of thick, I used a scrubby to get it off. After cleaning, and getting the curler wet, it didn't work. So, I had to go back to using the rotating curler until I got the order for this one. I was not a happy camper!! Surprisingly, my loved L'ange curler needed only to dry and the next day it was working again. So, now I have the new one as a backup. This is fine with me since I don't want to be without this curler again. What I love about this curler is: 1) I don't have to use the highest heat to get a nice curl. 2) Since the fan cools the curl as you go, the curl lasts much longer than with other heated curling irons. 3) It doesn't take long to get used to using this curler for the curl you want. For me, I curl the top of my hair, which is shorter, in 3 sections. After I brush it out, I use the curler to modify the curl until it lays the way I want it to. I curl the longer hair in two sections pulled to the front to smooth the hair and get curl only at the ends. It can take a little practice to get the curl you want. Small sections will produce more curl for each section. Larger section are fine if you want smoothing of the hair and a little curl only at the ends. The trick is to turn the curler as you move it slowly down the hair strands and hold it a little longer at the ends for more curl. The longer you hold it, the more it curls. We've only had our Le Duo for a week, but each time we use it, are so happy! It is so easy to use and I love that it equally straightens and curls your hair in an easy way that stays all day even without hairspray! We did the beach curls on my daughter's long hair yesterday before school and by the time she went to bed, it was still holding curl-without any product to help! It's very lightweight and easy to manipulate and maneuver! Would definitely buy again or check out the other products too!

I wanted to love it. It’s packaged nicely and looks pretty in pink, but does not clamp hair tightly which keeps the waves very loose. This created loose waves as it’s more of a flat iron with rolled edges. I could not create tighter curls as in other reviews. The iron heats well and fast. Overall, it’s ok. Whether used as a flat iron or to create waves or curls, I’d search for a product that does not take too long to style due to the slight gap between the clamp and iron.

My hair is naturally curly but not kinky with a collarbone length shag. It is medium thickness with a slightly coarse texture. My longest layer is about 10 inches long. I absolutely love this tool as a curling iron. My hair is easy to curl and this gives me big, bouncy, voluminous curls. Fast. This tool is lightweight and the outside barrel does not get hot. I love that. It does make better defined curls than my rounded flat iron. I subtracted one star because I love the 2 in 1 one idea of L'ange Le Duo. But—For my hair type, it does not compete with my Chi flat iron for a completely straight style. There is a space between the heat plates so the tool can rotate and that is not enough to straighten my hair. I think women with straight or wavy hair with medium to fine texture, or even thick, straight hair would love this tool and it may do great double duty with easier hair types. I can see it being a fantastic everyday and travel tool for less difficult hair textures. But my curly, slightly coarse hair requires too many passes for a sleek style. *sigh*... So, not exactly a duo for me personally. As long as I use it only as a curler, it's wonderful. I am able to straighten and smooth my bangs and facial frame with only this tool with my current style. I use a texturizing spray at the roots through midsection, back comb it a bit, and finish with hairspray to hold the style. With my current cut, it gives me big, beautiful, smooth hair with gorgeous waves or curls depending on my mood. I have no idea how it performs on longer hair as I chopped my long hair right before ordering. Overall, it's a win I'm happy with and better/quicker than regular curling irons for me.
