Works for what we need it for nice quality

I buy these for my staff as a fun way to celebrate their hard work, teamwork, and skill growth/development. They also really enjoy selecting teammates to give one to, also. The pins are a little larger than the size of a nickel, and the enamel/paints are vibrant. We pin them on our sweatshirts and lanyards at work, and the backs are fairly sturdy.
