I purchased this foot rest for 2 purposes. One is to rest my feet on a higher platform while sitting behind the desk, Two is the heat my feet while resting. This unit perfectly combines these 2 functions. It is soft and warm. It lifts the legs and feet ideally and make them feel rested.The function of massage is an extra. It is a pleasing add-on. It is not super strong as a regular massager but it certainly does the job. It warms the feet while massaging too.I have 11.5 feet and I could have managed to keep them inside the rest easily.The only con can be the length of the cord. To be fair, it is enough for most of the use cases. I only wished it was 2 feet longer for much easier use.Nice product and it does its job.

Bought this for my wife, we read a few reviews...but you know how it is these days...can you trust the reviews??? This is such a great buy, it's made well, it heats fast.... the only thing I would change is to have the vibration last as long as the heat. When working at a d desk all day you need the vibration to get the blood flowing in your legs. All that being said, it is a great product

My office is in the basement, and it gets COLD down there! This was my first attempt at a solution, and overall it's worked well. The warmth is very nice and it stays on for a long time. The footrest is comfortable and stays put on the concrete floor without slipping, and the size is perfect. The vibration settings are okay, but I personally find it more distracting than relaxing so I don't use it often. The double-layer for adjustment is a really nice touch; I adjust my chair height at times for comfort/changing positions and it's great to have that option. It's very comfortable to use even without the heat and vibration settings. I have noticed that the covering is pilling slightly after a couple months of use, but that may be partly due to the fact that I use it with "grippy socks" that I wear around the house.

I go for longer walks most days so I like to give my feet some therapeutic pampering. The massaging on this is deep enough to release the tension and soreness I get in my feet, and it also works higher up and relaxes my calves and lower leg muscles. Very happy with that. It helps my sitting posture to elevate my feet, so I like this as a luxury heated footstool that's somewhat height adjustable (2 heights). The covering fabric is soft (and washable) and the memory foam your feet rest on very comfortable.What would make this a little more user-friendly would be to have a longer cord, or better yet to have it be rechargeable to eliminate another cord. I see a couple of the reviews say that it broke after a short time, but it's got a free extended warranty you can sign up for, so it's worth trying this out. Reasonably priced for what it does, so I still highly recommend.

Cons:The massage function is just a vibration. While there are different vibration cycles, there was none that was just a consistent vibrate and they all leave something to be desired.The heating function worked well for a little while, then it just stopped working all together. The light comes on as if heat was on, but no heat is emitted anymore.The cloth on the outside quickly starts to move, thus making the Velcro not align properly unless you fuss with it daily to realign it.The Velcro itself doesn’t last long. More so if you have pets and their hair gets in it. I find myself struggling daily to try to keep the base align because I like that extra height.Pros:The material on the outside is soft. The “blanket” portion is also soft and comfortable.The height with the extra base is perfect.It is wide, thus allowing you to place your feet in whatever manner is comfortable to you.Summary:I was very excited to get this product but I’m overall disappointed with its quality.

I’ve had this for five months and I really really like it but this morning the heating element went out. I do use it most mornings to warm my feet and enjoy it, but I think the heating element should’ve lasted longer than five months.

I love my foot massager. It heats up and massages my feel at the same time. I have it under my office desk!
