I've been wanting to upgrade from an inexpensive and slow 4G Motorola phone with 32GB to something 5G, with 128GB, from a name brand, and much faster. I'd narrowed down my search to a Pixel 6a/7a or this Samsung A54. This A54 model seemed like it was better quality and with fewer complaints, so the next task was finding something I could afford. Which meant shopping for a refurbished phone. Of course, I was leery about buying a used phone, and whether it would be scratched up, locked, or some other problem might make me regret buying a refurbished product. I was also worried that the phone I received would not run on Visible, a Verizon subsidiary, since many A54s phones seem to be GMA and only run on T-Mobile/AT&T. This particular phone from this seller was one of the lower-priced refurbs -- about half the cost of a new Samsung A54, and the seller had good customer reviews, so I decided to take a chance and order it. Now that I've activated this phone and set it up to my liking, I can say that I'm thrilled with the purchase. The phone arrived fully functional, just 48 hours after I ordered it. It was unlocked as promised, and I had no trouble activating it on Visible. The condition of the phone is pristine--not a single scratch or ding. It came in a white, Amazon Renewed box, as expected, and a USB cable and charger were included. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase so far, and look forward to using my new and much faster 5G Samsung phone!

Good phone good camera good screen size battery life is okay, sound is very loud value for money is great, compatible with samsung watches and any other Bluetooth item functions well, size is great for people who dont like small phones.

Nothing but regret over this purchase. I've had the phone for 12 days. It arrived in a basic box with a charger and cable, but no tool for opening the SIM card slot. Initially, the phone powered up okay, and I was able to do smart switch fine and reconnect all of my things. But I noticed that the charging cable wasn't saying securely in the phone. Cables that works perfectly fine with my old phone, we're just slipping out of this. I know the charging port could just be dirty, so I did take a look at that and try to clean it out as best as I could, although obvious dust and dirt that was built up in the charging port from day one should have been a red flag. and that helped a little bit, but it still didn't have the same hold that my old phone did. Next up were the restarts. Sometimes the phone will just randomly restart on its own, out of nowhere, with decent battery life. It happened about four times in the space of the 12 days I've had the phone. A couple of times, the phone would sketch out, and either the screen or the apps would become unresponsive to my touch, which force me to have to remove the phone. The final straw, and the reason I have just initiated a return on this thing is because today, after I left the house for work I noticed the display was very dark - - I know it was dark, because I had said the display that way, but I wasn't able to pull the menu down to adjust the brightness at all. I thought, no big deal I'll just reboot it again (although to be Frank, 12 days in, this is already a lot). I could bring up the menu for powering off the phone and rebooting, but nothing would happen when I touch the buttons. I had to basically press down or hold the button really hard to get it to respond, and eventually it did, but even that some 5 minutes. Then when the phone turns back on, I couldn't unlock it. It would recognize the initial swipe to allow me to put my password in, but then wouldn't respond to any touches. That's the state it's in right now. I'm hoping that I'll be able to still get my information off of it or wipe it before I send it back because this is absolutely ridiculous. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I can tell you that it's definitely going to be my last. It's not worth the gamble.

I got this phone in the beginning of june. I just started using it as my daily driver about a week ago. When I ordered the phone, i thought that it was going to be full of physical imperfections and scratches and nicks, and this phone didn't have any of that. It seems to work pretty well for the most part. It slows down and stutters a bit when I put too much of a demand on it. But I guess that's to be expected for a phone that isn't a flagship. The seller was great. Shipped my phone quickly.And I think I got it before the estimated delivery day. Overall good experience.

Ordered as a Christmas present. Very fast shipping. Haven't yet set it up but my other son has a similar phone and its awesome!!! This series of Samsung phones are good quality for younger people without the massive price of the Samsung S Series phones.

Ordered 02/27, received 03/04 even though estimated delivery date was 03/11- EXTREMELY pleased with the speediness of the delivery. A true underpromise, over deliver scenario and I couldn't be more pleased! An upgrade to my a53 that I would still use had I not cracked the screen a few months ago, which began to cut my fingers from the broke glass. Device came fully unlocked as described and works swimmingly well with my Tello Sim card. Also it says "good" and boy do I appreciate the modesty as it's actually in REALLY good conditions with only TINY scratches around the edges that are completely covered by an adequate phone case. 10/10 my pictures don't do justice to how clean the device is

Verizon Phone provider and now I am having trouble using it with my provider because of the Verizon applications. 1. It was supposed to be unlocked so that I could use with any provider. Verizon says, " I was not unlocked properly so we cannot assist you." 2. My provider says that we cannot do anything for me because, "the phone was not purchased through them." Now I am having to work with this phone as best I can. The SIM card reader says, " SIM1 is not a Verizon Sim and some services will not work. I had to figure out for myself how to get my voicemail to work with the phone. Finally, I have bad service because the phone keeps going to 4G service when I am outside and at times I get no service.
