Completely stopped working after only a couple months. As others stated the company does not respond when you reach out. Don’t get this one.

I love this steamer in almost every aspect but having electrical problems with it and can’t get ahold of the company. I saw other reviews with the same problems. I have to literally hit the face of it for it to stop glitching. It heats up and turns off and glitches. Shutting down on me in the middle of my facials is not ok. Especially since it’s not even a year old. 😕😕
