Leyland Trade Acrylic Eggshell Paint - Brilliant White 2.5L

Very good paint, coverage is excellent, from a retired painter and decorater.

The best paint for the job! My room is bright white with an eggshell finish, just as the paint promises. No chipping. No cracking. And very tough. If you want to paint a room white and have those bright white walls last for a good while then this is the paint for you. It's a bit more expensive than other paints but it's worth every penny. An example of how tough this paint is: I painted over some shelf brackets that were screwed onto the wall. This was a bad idea as I later realised I'd have to take them off the wall to do other things. So I took out the screws and slowly started prying them off the wall. And the paint, now dried, started peeling off the wall with them like wallpaper. I had to use a knife to cut the brackets free. Any other paint would have chipped and cracked but this paint was eager to not let those brackets go. Really tough stuff.

The final result looks good and being acrylic should last without going yellow. It doesn't drip unless you are careless. As a water based paint cleaning the equipment afterwards is quickly achieved. The down side is that three coats were required, even to cover existing white paint. However it does dry quickly.

Literally is what it says on the tin. A very suitable alternative to gloss if you want a hard wearing but duller finish but with about 1/6th of the drying time and, it isn't going to yellow over time

Used this paint for a few years now. Gives a fantastic finish. Watermarked so easy clean of brushes. Semi gloss finish , very nice.

Easy to apply. Two coats minimum as is usual. Dries quickly. No unpleasant odour. Great finish. Wash your brushes out with water. Simple, no hassle usage
