Will it stick to tiles? And how long does it take to hold the mirror, or do I have to prop the mirror up

i would think it would stick to tiles although i stuck the mirror on a wall and didnt need to hold it in place, stuck almost straight away

can this be used to support basins as well to tiles

No. The basin should be mechanically fixed.

Is this suitable for a 6ft x 4ft safety backed mirror to be put up on an internal brick wall of a Garage?

No, I wouldn't risk it,also it May bleed through and you will see marks were the glue is, purchase the correct mirror cement, support it for 24 hrs then it should be solid.

does removing the product damage plaster/ drywall?

The adhesive will bond with the plaster/drywall so there may be damage caused to the wall when removing it.
