Reasonably successful initial order of 4 X 25 mixed pods - albeit, as some reviewers have noted, all four types are placed in together, loose in a big box. The pods are in large, consequently wasteful, individual sachets, identical but for the printing on one side only - requiring a rummage through all the sachets to find by reading, one by one, the type you're looking for.That said, we liked this comparatively mild "Continental" type and ordered a box of 100 of them.In the event a different, cheaper, non-Amazon Choice item, "Continental Intenso", was sent - which was duly returned as "Wrong Item Sent".The return generated a refund of only 76% of the price paid for the Continental, the shortfall reportedly being to do with the cost of my returning the item they sent in error.Contacting Pure Gusto about their incomplete refund was futile and frustrating. As mentioned in other reviews, their attitude to returns was unapologetic and uncompromising. Even their MD joined-in writing "Your ordered something which we sent you"(sic), whilst citing his "legal entitlement" to withhold some of my money to cover the cost of the return postage.It's obvious that award-winning, "Amazon Choice" supplier status can only be achieved with drive and determination. However, it's very shortsighted when these admirable qualities are turned on the customer who has a legitimate, clear-cut complaint and who ends up paying for the supplier's mistake.

I thought it would be expensive just using pods - my DeLonghi coffee machine can also take loose ground coffee. But these pods are easy to use, make good coffee and they mean I don't need to clean my coffee machine. It works out to 18 pence a cup which I am very happy to pay. I'll be ordering more when these are running short!

Fast delivery great tasting coffee. Each pod contains the right amount of ground coffee to make a perfect espresso or latte. Fantastic coffee bold flavour.
